This highly sensitive site included the setting to a conservation area, listed buildings (on site) and nearby AONB set above the Thames Valley in Henley. The LVIA included landscape and townscape assessments of the impact on the urban fabric, the setting to the town and local receptors including those in the valley, home to the Royal Regatta. The LVIA was instrumental in gaining a successful planning consent.
